How should I interpret the results?
A word limit, a character limit, and an estimated delivery time answer different questions. Check the destination's own rules before submitting. Snippet previews are approximations; word count does not establish search ranking or writing quality.
Where do drafts stay?
Counters and text transformations process input locally without sending it to a server. Online Notepad intentionally saves a draft in this browser's localStorage, so local processing does not mean nothing is stored. Clear saved drafts on shared devices and export important notes. The CSP permits connections only to this site (connect-src 'self'); loading site resources is separate from processing your writing.
